The property and room were clean and the staff was nice however, I called the front desk and asked for a new ironing board because the one in my room was broken and they never brought one. The bed seemed old and sagged in the middle. They had a breakfast "buffet" which lacked variety and charged $15 for what most other hotels offer for free. There are many other hotel options in this area for comparable price, I won't choose this one again.

Unfortunately the only thing bad that I have to say is that breakfast was supposed to be included as complementary and it wasn’t. The receptionist said that unfortunately Expedia has the wrong information and that breakfast and dinner was not included in our package, but other than that everything was great.

Given the location (inside an old business park, across from train tracks), the price was not worth it. ESPECIALLY considering they do not clean rooms daily (every 3 days) nor do they offer even a cold continental breakfast. This was a clean equivalent to a Hampton Inn. No more. No less. Certainly NOT worth $364 per night on a non-holiday weekend.

The room was clean.. the hot tub was not hot. When I addressed this to the front desk, the response was much less than satisfactory. Draft beers in the “pub” were ridiculous in price. Food was minimal choices, and again were severely overpriced. Found a much better establishment a few minutes down the road. Will not be persuaded to stay there again
