"Room was spacious and very clean. Pool/hot tub areas were nice. No lifeguards on duty, which is fine because I watch my children. Towels provided in pool areas. Breakfast was descent, could use almond or oat milk for allergy folks. Check in was quick and easy. Some of the front desk staff could be friendlier. Beds were comfortable. Microwave available for use down the hall, which was nice if needed. Rooms are quiet, you can’t hear anyone (running) above you which is nice. The resort is very clean and smells delightful! The only thing is there’s no designated smoking area, so there are times you are walking into a cloud of smoke or the smell of smoke from guests smoking outside the main entrance. Resort is in a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants."

"My favorite place to stay in Chattanooga! Beautiful lobby and main level. Good food options if you need them there. Close to downtown attractions. Friendly staff..on this trip I had a problem with a noisy refrigerator and it was resolved quickly. "

"The Hilton standardization interrupts the space, causing some weird inefficiencies with the showers and other spaces. Things that maybe should have been fixed, like the varnish on the cabinets or making sure the elevators are fully functioning, seem to have been pushed aside for weird modernizations. No issues with the staff, who I am sure are working very hard, and the views out the windows were fantastic. "

"When we arrived, the first thing that hit us was the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and carpet that had trip hazards present. When we got into our room, apart from the dark, the overpowering odor of cleaning chemicals took over the smoke smell. Once we turned on the lights, we found a worn and broken nightstand, a rusted/tarnished lamp, and a wall AC Unit. The paint and decor appear out of date by a couple decades. Upon moving into the bathroom, we discovered a half roll of toilet paper with no extras, no facial tissue, and two bath towels with no floor mat. We also discovered the tub had no stopper, making our son's bath time challenging. The staff was friendly and helped us with lacking paper products and towels. The night was far from restful as the beds were not comfortable and for nearly 2 hours after midnight, a disturbed person screamed at the hotel before law enforcement intervened. In the morning, the breakfast was good and checkout speedy."

"Property is very nice. Beautiful lobby. Rooms are large, two queens. Beds excellent! Bathroom was updated but not cleaned properly. Breakfast was just ok. A buffet of usual items, nothing special. Staff was cordial. "
