"It was an awful eperience staying at Novotel waterloo. I spent £410 for an night. We checked in very late night around 1:00 AM. When I entered in the room it was very disgusting smell coming out of toilet and bathroom. so I called reception then the lady came with the room freshner. We couldn't slept for whole night as it was so hot because air conditioning wasn't working at all. Kids were crying for the whole night. Worst ever experience. I stayed with alot of different Accor brand hotel but this time it was that bad that won't be going with any Accor brand hotel. I told at the reception about everything and they apologies."

"On check we had this ridiculous discussion that I was not a Gold member because I had not booked via Hilton site. I did not personally book it but i was treated badly - not recognising that I am a Gold member and still paying good money to Hilton to stay there."

"Lovely stay and lovely stay. You can watch the planes take off and land. Which my daughter loved. Very convenient location. We also walked down to ride the cable cars to the o2 which was fun and great views. The pool was mild temperature not freezing atall but the room/air in there does get hot. There is a £25 security deposit per night. "

"What a special hotel. Wonderful quirky fun, staff lovely. Charming and unusual. Turkish flavorings but with a big kind universal vision of the world, each room dedicated to another great thinker or artist or teacher. Little doodads everywhere, paintings - not your everyday London hotel. We left feeling very happy and well rested! Good restaurant. Sweet and memorable. "
