"Everything was pretty nice. Parking was close but it would have been nice to have a drive thru at front to drop off luggage then park your car. We were on the 4th floor and someone on the floor was smoking some heavy Marijuana! It smelled disgusting. The whole floor smelled and when I got in the elevator it was soo strong my 10 year old had to cover her nose. They need to enforce the no smoking in the hotel. Also the first night we had a very loud quest making so much noise at 11pm pretty sure it was the person smoking. Other than that the hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and staff was nice."

"Room was very nice -counter in bathroom was set at a child’s height for some reason though. Very good location , adjacent to west side of I-40, between 14th & 15th, & only 1-2 blocks south of Broadway, where all the action is, from about 12th to 1st. Good price too. Problem is fairly rude staff, especially the woman at front desk May 3 am, who couldn’t be bothered to engage customers for 20 solid minutes while on phone with someone. To other negatives: 1. Directions to breakfast room (which is upstairs and to which you have to exit lobby for an outside elevator) are very poorly marked; 2. At breakfast area: A.there are multiple signs (I think 3) reminding patrons not to take any extra food with them; B. At same time there is a sign next to a guy who makes omelettes saying he would appreciate tips. These things, together with the fairly minute cups for juice and coffee, just make the place look cheap, and leave a bad taste that easily could have been avoided. "

"The parking was difficult for valet as backed up, no luggage cart or help with luggage, and rooms were small with awkward bathroom set up. We felt trapped in a box. The rooms are more appropriate for people in twenties that won’t be in room as more dormitory style. We end up checking out early to move to another hotel. I would not rank as exceptional as listed by rating and misleading. Definitely not worth the cost and I would discourage booking. "

"Incredibly overpriced for the experience. First of all, they made me pay extra to park on the premises- something that was NOT included anywhere in the listing and booking information. Parking was crowded and insecure. There was vomit on the stairways. Walls were INCREDIBLY thin. Worst of all, we were woken up on Sunday morning by the mega church right next to the hotel blaring the sermon through OUTDOOR SPEAKERS so everyone had to listen to their homophobic sermons whether they wanted to attend or not. $450 for a 2 night stay when this is what we got? Stay away."
