“I got severe bed bug bites from room 325 and had an allergic reaction from it. I told the staff and showed them the bites. The women at the desk just said sorry. I was like yah I get that but you need to treat the room. I stayed 2 days and tried to check the beds the first day but it is almost impossible with how dim the lighting is in the rooms. Darkness keeps bugs around and then to not have any kind of bed bug protection on the beds is crazy for such a high traffic place. I will be needing to……

“Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces. There were guests arguing outside until 1am and then started again at 8:30/9 am so that was……

“We stay here often but this will be the last time. The front desk staff at check in did not want to be there. Had to ask the girl to speak up several times cause she was soft spoken and couldn’t understand her. Valet was great service though. Room wasn’t ready for almost 2 hours later than their policy check in time- which if you checked out late they will charge YOU. We had a graduation to get ready for so that put us in a panic. They supposedly upgraded our room due to the inconvenience but……
