Professional, helpful staff. Everyone was very pleasant and went out of their way to answer questions, provide directions & offer suggestions on what to see. Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect size.
An excellent location with room for the whole family at a reasonable price.
Pros:
- walkable area, lots of amenities
- clear check-in instructions, with flexible check-in and out options
- cab service to airport that was so easy and cheap compared to many other options
- can add on breakfast if you want
- elevator
Cons:
- because of the age of the building, the plumbing uses a macerator. This is loud.
- lack of hooks in the bathrooms, and places to set toiletries in the showers
- a few cosmetic blemishes like dents in the wall
- location a bit noisy outside with nightlife, but ear plugs solve that
- some instructions on operating the appliances could be helpful

Small 2 bed, 2 bathroom flat. Perfectly suited our needs as a base for our family of 1 couple and grown-up child. Good sleep and couldn't hear any street noise. Clean. Would book again.
Loved our stay. Beds were comfy and really appreciated how clean it was. It’s in a great location and was easily walkable to restaurants, shops and the train station. We would definitely recommend the property and will stay here again when we return to Edinburgh.
I would have loved to stay here longer, and we would definitely stay here again. The staff was very communicative, there was a variety of food options; it’s close enough to main attractions to be accessible via walking while also avoiding the more populated areas. We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect for the four of us. It had comfy beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen area equipped with dishes and appliances for convenience and a feel of a home away from home. The elevator is two person max, but that’s fairly typical for Edinburgh. We were on the top floor, and the stairs were still manageable. We were very pleased with our stay and how conveniently located it was.

I would stay again if guaranteed a room at the back side of the building, but if not, then I would pick another as bar was overbearing every night (4 night stay). Windows have been fitted with extra glass, but I'm afraid that did little to deaden the thump, thump, thump of the base and drunken patrons leaving at closing time.

A basic yet very clean apartment with all the necessities. Ideal location for shopping and eating out in Edinburgh. Would stay again
Absolutely loved staying here! Would definitely recommend. We were upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived which was a lovely surprise. It’s right in the middle of everything and feels like a home away from home. The staff were also all so friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay :)
Convenient location with good and clean facilities. Car parking is paid parking at secure and safe place which I used the discount code retrieved from the company website.
Great location- convenient to transportation (3 blocks from the airport tram) and great dining options. Very easy checkin. We loved the washing machine and well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of room and very comfortable beds. We were there for the last weekend of the Fringe so we heard some street noise but that was expected. Very helpful reception staff.
