The staff was very communicative, there was a variety of food options; it’s close enough to main attractions to be accessible via walking while also avoiding the more populated areas. We had a two bedroom suite that was perfect for the four of us. It had comfy beds, two full bathrooms, a kitchen area equipped with dishes and appliances for convenience and a feel of a home away from home. The elevator is two person max, but that’s fairly typical for Edinburgh. We were on the top floor, and the stairs were still manageable.
