“The host couldn’t have been more helpful. He allowed an early check in, made sure the ac was going, showed us around the property, and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The property is extremely well maintained and it was nice and quiet when we were there. Be sure to read what amenities are provided (I didn’t) as there are no toiletries provided in the bathroom. Fortunately, I always have some in my luggage. The price is very reasonable and we will stay again if we are in……
“When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us.
Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.”
