"What an incredible property! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, and their attention to detail was unmatched. Our room was kept impeccably clean every day, and the entire property was so well maintained, you could see how much care went into constantly keeping everything spotless. "Everything was fantastic, the nice part is they have an infinity pool where kids are allowed, but have a lazy river where it attracts them more, so both adults and kids can enjoy, food was great too."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip feel effortless and special. I do want to highlight two people in particular: Alberto, our waiter at Azul (in the Grand Velas next door), literally made our day. I didn’t even notice that my piña colada had separated — but he did, and without me saying a word, he brought me a fresh one. He was extremely busy managing several tables, yet he still went out of his way to be thoughtful and attentive. This is real, heartfelt hospitality — not the scripted, surface-level kind. And the bellboy who helped us both during check-in and check-out — he was so cheerful, warm, and full of genuine kindness. People like Alberto and him are the reason this place feels so special. The food was fantastic, as expected from a Grand Velas property. We dined mainly at the restaurants within GVB, but we also visited Azul and the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor next door. Cocina de Autor was outstanding, and our waiter Javier was charming and attentive. Perfect vacation. Will definitely return!"

"The view was great"

"We stayed at this large villa in the Blue Sea gated community for two weeks. The house is large and spacious, beautifully decorated, each bedroom has a large LCD TV with a firestick and access to Netflix and many other streaming services. The pool is really nice and was kept at a constant 89 degrees, the hot tub was set for 102. The outdoor grilling area was really nice with built in sink next to the grill and covered outdoor dining area. There were two table top fire pits on top of hat outdoor dining table and also another in the outdoor seating area that were really nice. There is a built in Sonos speaker system for the terrace and pool area, living rooms and master bedroom all with separate volume controls that was a really awesome addition! In the kitchen are high end Wolf oven/stove top and Wolf Microwave. There was also two blenders, a Ninja and a regular blender which was nice to have two options when someone wanted to make a smoothie or drink. There was an amazing Breville Citrus Press for getting fresh orange, lemon, and lime juice as well as a Breville Juicer which we didn’t use. There was Breville Espresso Machine and a regular coffee pot. There were 4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs and 2 Tommy Bahama Beach umbrellas we used and were awesome! Luna Cabo the host and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. If we had any needs they were immediately addressed!! The entire back of the house for the three rooms and living room all have sliding doors that open!"

The hospitality was next-level; we were warmly greeted with welcome massages, which instantly set the tone for a luxurious and thoughtful stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless, making everything smooth and stress-free. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We can’t wait to come back. "We loved it again and hope to come back again next year. The only thing we would change is to have wifi in all the bedrooms and better pots/pans/knives. Otherwise it is a wonderful stay."
