"I was expecting more for the price. Other than the scenic views of Cabo from the top of the resort. nothing about our stay was very memorable. Definitely won’t be booking sandos again unless there is a steal of a deal on. We had an ocean view room but the noise from what I’m assuming was the buildings AC or power generator was so loud we couldn’t use our balcony. I was excited to have fresh seafood in Cabos but the seafood here was barely edible. I also don’t recommend this place if you are gluten free. Each time we ate the hostess would ask my allergies, then I’d have to explain again to the servers. His happened every time we ate. Not sure why the hostess would ask but not relay it to the servers or chef. At every other resort I’ve stayed at, once the staff know I’m gluten free, I don’t have to explain it again and they offer me gluten free options at each meal without me having to ask. This place made no such effort. It was disappointing. "

"Over all fantastic! Great location. Plenty to do or not do. 😁 music could have used some variety. Place is very busy. Beach was nice. View beautiful. Check in was my least favorite. Supposedly got an upgrade but my accommodations were not all an up grade. The cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is always busy and seem to like their jobs. The food amazing! Real chocolate!"

"This property is an older one that needs some updating. Stayed for 10 days but found that it was very noisy due to the hall walls echoed and could hear major door slamming and loud conversation all the time. Walls between your bedrooms are very thin and you could hear everything. It’s very hard to get a some sleep in this type of condition. Tried to move or upgrade, but they wouldn’t help me, and it was just the two of us. This resort is very family friendly with many children and babies. So expect the noise and no peace if it’s only two of you. Unless you have children then it’s all good. The food was very fair and the drinks were very weak. Weather in March was fabulous "

"Guest rooms are spacious and comfortable. The balcony attached to our unit, was large with a sectional seating area and table for 4. Pool and beach area are truly exceptional- with the most comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of them. Beach and pool staff were great- especially Tomas who took excellent care of us, making us feel like the most valued guests. Food was of excellent quality, although expensive, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the resort. Highly recommend. We have already made plans to return!"
