"Wonderful rooms!! Beds a bit stiff but wonderful to have a King sized bed! Food was good and fresh! Staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend more garbage cans down by the pool areas and softer beds and more pillows! Definitely would stay here again! "

"Bars didn’t open till 10am and the pool closed early. I wasn’t able to book any dinner reservations until after 9pm and was given false promises. We will not be back to this resort. I’m bummed it was our 10 year wedding anniversary and our first time to Mexico. "

"Top of the line service and the hotel creates an experience for the travel the entire stay. Staff is very attentive and professionally trained for the most demanding guest. Child care services are top notch. Highly recommend you go and stay several extra days long than you want to. "

"Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE! Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN! Imagine my pleasure upon arriving in our room to find no hot water and a clogged shower drain that flooded the room. Between the ridiculously long check in and waiting for maintenance to fix our shower clog and flooded room, we lost several hours of “vacation” time. The room was spacious and offered double sinks, an espresso maker, mini fridge, robes and slippers. Although there is no shower glass or curtain, so it’s a wet mess everywhere every day and a slipping hazard in the bathroom. The upside is the staff is very kind (shout out to Dustin, Karen, and Andy!) and they really work hard. The property is very loud with multiple speakers playing different music at the same time. You have to get up at 6am to find a pool chair if you want any chance of having a seat. Even when I did that, some teens stole our seats and towels. Horrible breakfast buffet. However, our dinners at Zen and Ciao were good. Overall, I don’t think we will return. Although, I did appreciate having meals and drinks included since Cabo has become increasingly more expensive. "

Gabriel from Concierge was very kind and helped me through our stayed, he setup dinner reservations for my family and more. "We had an exceptional experience at the Viceroy Hotel while celebrating my fiancée’s birthday. The property itself is stunning with beautifully designed, modern, and effortlessly luxurious. We stayed in one of the penthouses. A special thank you to our host, Victoria, who truly made our stay unforgettable. She was attentive, responsive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. She is definitely an asset to the resort. I’d recommend her if you’d like a host that takes pride and servicing her clients. Her level of care did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognize “Hope” at the front desk for her professionalism and warm hospitality during check-in. She made the arrival experience seamless and welcoming. Overall, every staff member we encountered contributed to a high level of serve that exceeded expectations. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a refined and memorable stay."
