Amenities out of this world with access to the beach club that was amazing. The balcony is gorgeous with amazing views to the marina and extremely close to the beach club. It was clean, could use new bedsheets they seemed more on the worn side but smelled extremely clean. We enjoy our stay so much and very much recommend it

Staff were fantastic, especially Sergio and Joel. Food was great. Only negative is poolside lounger process. Very difficult to get a seat, lots of drama around this. Otherwise a great place.

Room was clean. Drinks were watered down. We were inconveniently locked out of our room after returning from an excursion. Removed our WiFi connection. Asked for room to be cleaned, they didn’t but someone came in and dropped off champagne and chocolate covered strawberries that we didn’t ask for and also removed two of my personal items. The staff did not communicate well between themselves once shifts changed. Highly disappointed from my previous stays at Riu.

Food in here was delicious! Lots of healthy choices and the all inclusive was amazing for the price! Staff was lovely and welcoming. You can’t swim in the beach due to rocks, you have to get transportation and go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for. Our room was big and taken care of. I’d come to Hacienda encantada again!
