“Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information. My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay. Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.”

“Super clean, well maintained gem of a place tucked a 5 minute walk from one of the best beaches - Playa Bonita. Lovely, relaxed vibe. We stayed for 10 days and felt right at home. Our VISA payment was 'declined' on their phone app - so we ended up paying cash. When we arrived home they alerted us that our VISA payment somehow went through and they refunded the double payment immediately before we even had a chance to ask.”

“I arrived at location around 3:30 pm of the reservation date and I found by staff that it was rented to somebody else. No answers by phone of the owner. It was terrible! Very dissatisfied and frustrated after getting there without a place to stay with 2 people at 80's + years old. Terrible! Terrible!”

“The apartments are spacious and clean, the balcony/terrace has ample space. The pool is ok and decent size but the jacuzzi was a plus for me because the weather wasn’t the hottest at the time of my travel. The jacuzzi doesn’t get as hot as what I would be accustomed to, but none the less it was a perk. The beachfront view is amazing! Can’t go wrong with breakfast on the beach with a limited yet satisfying menu that offers a traditional Dominican/carribean breakfast or an American continental……
