"The WIF was almost NONEXISTENT. Very Basic but I didn't have high expectations - so for the price, I think it's not bad but if you have to work remotely. I had to look at other hotels to move. Staff was super nice seemingly but when I told her the wifi didn't work, she said, it does and I signed onto the wrong one. Moments later I was sure that was not the case and asked her to come to my room to show me what I am doing wrong because the TV doesn't have wifi to watch ( Oh yeah, by they way, you cant watch TV either)- she then said "Oh I am sorry we don't have wifi right now. We need to call tomorrow to have them fix it" --- she outright lied..... but I would never have guessed her to be a liar because she had such a great smile for everything."

"It was amazing the place...Great staff, great entertainment group and overall a great place.....the place is not to big, not to small..Just right...the vibes were good for all.parties.. The Buffet was good One thing possible to fix, were the la carte restaurants..Although the cuts of meats were ok, I feel they can do better. But the Italian restaurant was great."

"This is a small place to relax. Quite some distance out of Terranas so will need a car or taxis. Basic accommodations with a little pool that’s really a big hot tub very nice but not for swimming and a small restaurant. Besides, the serenity would really mix this place is a five minute walk to an absolutely gorgeous beach one of the best I’ve ever seen beautiful water, clean tons of room to walk or Activities down the beach later on, but there’s also space we can be alone What really make a place for me was Carlito. Throughout my day, he was totally supportive. Help me numerous issues. I faced in at the end where my TAXI didn’t show up at five in the morning he ran and made alternative arrangements so I wouldn’t miss my connectors to Pueri plata. Here is the main reason I would come back to this place and recommend it strongly. "

"The room and hotel grounds were lovely, and the Dominican breakfast was delicious. The staff—especially Thanou and Luis—were incredibly warm and welcoming. My main feedback is that the atmosphere felt a bit too quiet at times. When I wanted to relax by the pool, it was often empty with very low music, so it lacked some ambiance. After breakfast, staff presence also seemed to disappear. It would be great if there were more offerings during the day—something as simple as poolside drinks like piña coladas could really enhance the experience."

"This is by far the BEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my ENTIRE life. You are welcomed by warm, nice staff who look actually delighted to work there and wanting to ensure your stay is enjoyable. They go out of their way to help, give you recommendations, ask about your day / get to know you more, and do it all with a warm smile on their face! The place is STUNNING! Whoever designed the place did a fantastic job. The architecture, art, and style of the hotel is simply breathtaking. The rooms are so comfortable cozy and cold! Highly recommend treating yourself to the room with the private patio and tub. My partner and I had an incredible, relaxing, and fun time here — CANT WAIT TO COME BACK TO PARADISE!"
