"This is an ideal location for relaxing and getting away from the noise of daily living. From the time you get up in the morning to going to bed, you see the lake and all it offers. Eagles, hawks, ospreys, loons, ducks, woodpeckers, jumping fish and Rasa and Jim. Great hosts who stop by to ensure you have everything you need or to just say hi. Many guests are repeat visitors and very friendly. We will definitely be returning!"

"The high number of stars for this hotel must be due to the location. And what a location it is! A beautiful deck overlooking Lake Nokomis, a fire pit, and beach along the shore. Absolutely beautiful. However, the rooms themselves were fairly old and tired, although perfectly adequate. The bedspreads were frayed, the mattresses - though comfortable - sagged, and the toilets were so close to the floor that my 80-something mother had a hard time using it. There were also a lot of cracked tiles in the bathroom. But all in all it was a great place to stay and to be right on the lake was idyllic."

"This was our 3rd year coming here for our summer vacation and we just absolutely love it!! The house is very clean and has everything we need. In the 3 years coming up here, we have never had an issue with booking or accessing the house. We really like the fact that we can bring our boat as our family enjoys water sports. The lake is peaceful and not overly crowded. The sunsets are amazing!! We will definitely be back for a fourth year:)"
