Generally poorly maintained. The shower handle was broken. When we finally did get it to attach to the valve and got the shower going… The water went out in the middle of my shower while I was all soaked up and of course, this caused some soap burns. Upon checkout, I just wanted to let them know about the room and the person at the desk accuse me of lying. I wasn’t too impressed with Hotels.com either. They said they would have someone talk to the manager on Monday and call me back, but that never happened. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone stay away from it… Sketchy. The worst customer service ever and that saying something these days because the bar is pretty low … terrible place… Stay away from it.

The room was nice, nice variety for breakfast, pool was clean and walking distance to the outlets and food

A nice relaxing quiet stay. From the friendly welcoming & helpful staff to very clean peppery & room. We love staying here when we visit our children in college. Thank you to Kristen at the front desk & Janice my waitress at breakfast to making me feel very comfortable during my stay. We look forward to coming back soon.

This place was a mess the pool was in the hotel beside this hotel and you had to walk from one hotel to the other just to get to the pool, after we got over to the pool everything was trashed and the pool looked dirty. They had an event in this other hotel the week before we got there but no one was around to clean it up. The place was so dirty and un kept. The room was fine just everything else was a mess. We don’t even know if they had free breakfast because it was supposedly in the other hotel but that place was a ghost town. Would not recommend this place.
