"The experience was not so good. The breakfast was not what I had expected like Holiday Inn Express. The lobby staff was not friendly when I asked for checkout receipt. She told me that I had to discussed to Hotels.com which they had nothing to do with it even everything is okay on their ends.??? I am very confused on their partnership with you. I was not aware it was a CASINO hotel, thus what can I expected?! Haha. I hope that I were not be double charge by you and the hotel."
