We appreciated the heat lamp option in the bathroom and the many wall hooks to hang our snow apparel. The bed is on the softer side. Our room was on the ground floor beside the staircase, so Saturday was quite noisy all night hearing other guests use the stairs. Luckily I brought earplugs and Sunday night was quiet. The room was not set up for eating in, but the check-in office/lobby area also functioned as a space to hangout and enjoy coffee/tea, or use the electric water kettle and microwave. All staff were friendly, especially the lovely evening "receptionist" working 1/31\. Despite being the only one on shift on a packed Saturday night, she still managed to be welcoming and thoughtful."
