There was great communication during every step of the process and they were quick to respond to questions. The couch was big and a comfortable place to relax. The kitchen area is not large but has the amenities that are needed. "

"We stayed 3 nights. It was a nice neighborhood and close to BYU. Although it was in the basement the windows were large enough to allow natural light inside. We received 2 or 3 emails telling us what we needed to do to check out. Each one was slightly different than the prior one. So we did our best to leave it in good order. "

"The unit was spacious. Plenty of beds and space and the kitchen was well-stocked. I also appreciated how each bathroom space had its own door so someone could shower, someone else could use the toilet and others could use the vanity area with privacy. The pillows were not comfortable at all. I couldn’t even use them. The bunk beds squeaked like crazy. A person couldn’t even breath without it setting off a cacophony of noise. And there was absolutely ZERO insulation from the noise...
