"Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house."

"The place roomy, clean, well stocked. Perfect for our week at the beach. I do wish the screened porch was fully screened. There is a spiral staircase that goes to the pool from the screened porch and it allows mosquitoes to enter the area."

"We had the best time at this property! It was very clean, serene with all of the beautiful landscaping surrounding the property and pool and loved the modern amenities. It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here."

"This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!"

"This cottage is just steps away from the beach and Siesta Village with many restaurants, shops, and the market. You can park your car and never move it until check out. The cottage’s terrace was perfect for morning and nights. Everything was clean and neat. They have beach chairs (5 Tommy Bahama chairs), a cooler, beach cart, umbrella, and more. Keurig and drip coffee, everything we needed for the kitchen and plenty of paper supplies. We would definitely stay again."

"My wife and I have stayed here several times over the past few years. We l Iove it. The place is not fancy but it is spotless and just a short walk to the beach. Our unit had a complete kitchen a small dining area. The place seems ro cater to small families and couples. The town has everything else from dining to entertainment. The people that run the place are friendly as well as helpful. Well worth a look . "

"Great apartments! The only issue we ran into was parking, as the valet lot was full, and the weekend we were there had several baseball games. The front desk was able to refer us to a lot a few blocks away. "

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places.
