"I stayed at this cottage with my husband and our dog for four nights. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed the setting directly on the water. It's truly a fantastic location and cottage and we're planning to return next year. Access was easy. The cottage was clean and tidy when we arrived. (There was a strong scent of air fresheners when we arrived, but were able to air it out.) There's plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was fully stocked and great for cooking. The grill area worked well. The bathroom was awesome; large, updated, plenty of hot water. The shower was very comfortable. The heated floors and sauna were such a nice perk. The lake and private beach were viewable from everywhere in the cottage. The view through the huge windows was stunning and exactly what we hoped for. The hammock trees were so enjoyable. The lofted bedroom was spacious and fine for us (both under 6') and includes a stunning view of the lake. The full size bed was comfortable and clean. The stairs up to the loft are steeper/narrower than standard and uncarpeted. We were fine navigating them, as long as we paid attention. Our active, 45# dog struggled with them and needed a spot when he went up and down. Definitely not enough of an issue to skip this cottage, but something to be aware of in case mobility (human or canine) is an issue. Overall, highly recommended!"
