"Amazing stay. Only down fall was the wait time to get into our rooms. We had a wedding to get to so ended up all 7 of us changing in the hallway bathrooms instead of our rooms. Check in time was supposed to be 3pm unlike other hotels 2pm. But was told to wait til 330. Wedding started at 430 15 min away. Only gave us 30 min to change so public restroom superman change it was."

"I almost don’t want to rate this well simply so it’s never booked when we want to come to town but I’ll be honest instead. This was the best experience we’ve had in Alex/Pineville in a long time. We’ll never stay at a different hotel. Staff was 10/10 and even upgraded us to a suite when they ran out of the room we booked. Can’t wait to come back."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was decent, especially for the price. The A/C works well and the general location seemed pretty chill. No complaints with the staff or actual room. I will give the caveat that the whole hotel does reek of pot smoke and the lock on the exterior door to the second floor hallway is broken, so it doesn’t actually lock, but those things didn’t effect the stay overall."
