“Me and my friends recently stayed at the Rex Hotel in Greenwood and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, quiet, and very relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. We also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to explore Greenwood and nearby……

“The owner was supposed to give us the code to check in and never answered our calls or texts. We waited outside of the home for over an hour. Even Vrbo tried to get in contact with the owner. We were on a tight schedule and had to pivot and find an emergency local hotel to stay in. So unfortunately never got to stay. ”
