Love how close this site is to my daughter’s University so I can visit. I’ve stayed twice after attending functions at Wilkes University. Wasn’t thrilled with the light in the bathroom under the mirror that remained on all night and lit up the room even with the door closed. I prefer to sleep in a dark room. We tried several times to turn it off. Also, as a non-smoker I wish the entrance to the casino from the hotel opened into the non-smoking section rather than the smoking. Unfortunately guests of the hotel have to enter by the smoking section to get to any restaurants.

Overall this property was great! Rooms were nice and clean, tons of restaurants, casino is connected. The one thing is that there is horrible ventilation in the casino, had a headache just from all the smoke. There is a non-smoking section but unfortunately didn’t find it until the end of the night! Regardless, would still recommend & come again in the future.

Check was good, nice staff. Room was nice and clean. Very disappointed in services - basically none - no pool, bar, valet, etc. everything is still closed which is crazy at this point.

It was like being on a cruise ship. Yes. You could get up in the morning from your room and go downstairs to the casino, there are shops there, coffee shop, little restaurants, and bars. Staff was very nice, and we had a nice weeks stay. The only thing we saw was the chairs and some of the furnishings in the casino were very tired and worn.

Overall our stay was very good. We were disappointed however that the pool was closed ( told not opening again ) and the fittest center was closed. Charging a resort fee and not having these amenities was surprising.
