"Lamp fixtures are rusted and there was no shampoo and body wash. We had arrived late and I called the front desk and they were supposed to send the housekeeper but they never came. I had to go down in the morning and the front desk was the one to give me a new bottle."

We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace."

"We had a king size bed. 3 out of the 5 pillows, their pillowcases had obviously not been replaced from the previous tenants and on one you could smell body odor. They were promptly replaced after we called the desk person. She was very apologetic. At breakfast we had to ask for the cups for the fountain juices that were not out. The over all experience did not match the rating and reviews we read prior to booking."
