"Breakfast was average or what is the norm for most hotels. I appreciate the coffee always being available. The air in the room was fine, worked well with no issues and not too loud. The day staff was usually no where to be found never at the desk. When I needed assistance I had to go knock on the office door to get someone to help me. A homeless person was asleep on the couch in the dining area. The evening staff , mainly female, were friendly and always at the desk. The shower curtain was ripped and mildew was growing in the bathroom on the sealant and shower bar. When we requested room cleaning, the towels were replaced. The beds were not touched, I mean, sheets not changed or beds made. The bathroom had broken tiles and trim and paint on the back of the door that didn’t match?! For the nightly price of the room, I was very disappointed. I will choose another hotel the next time I’m in the area. The staff was friendly, but friendly doesn’t always translate into great service and clean environment. "

"Breakfast was great! And breakfast staff was amazing. She was very friendly and prompt with making sure food was there. Just amazing!!"

"Although this hotel is older: the staff was great, my room was clean, the bed was good. there was a full breakfast with hot and cold choices. There is not much close to it without driving and it is directly next to the highway but I did not hear traffic during the night and walked to a Mexican restaurant. Overall for the price it was perfect for my needs. "

"This is a typical hotel off I95. Clean enough, if not a bit tired. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Just be warned about breakfast: I chose this hotel because there’s a Dennys on premises and I paid a bit extra for breakfast. When we came down to be seated at 8:30 AM the manager unpleasantly told us there would be a long wait. The restaurant was half empty but I assume they were understaffed. No apologies, just indifference. We left without breakfast because we had to get on the road. Probably wouldn’t bother staying here again."

"The breakfast menu is fine to get you going, it is sufficient. The staff do a great job, it makes the stay a pleasure. The facility overall is well managed and meets our needs."

"Pros: clean hotel, good breakfast selection Cons: luggage carts small and difficult to locate, front desk staff not friendly, and denied late check out even though we arrived at the hotel very late the evening before after 12 hours on the road and were only there for one night. "
