"Such a beautiful location. It’s at the end of the street, up against the mountains. The fog coming off the mountains in the morning was beautiful. This is a large property with lots of other units but the space was private, parking was easy and lots of access to amenities. Loved our stay!"

"This modest townhouse with a shared wall is perfectly located between Sierra Nevada Taproom and Shubert's Ice Cream. Nice that there was coffee in the kitchen. Really nice to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed the small but private outdoor seating area."

"My daughter and I stayed for one night. This property was just what we needed for a quick trip to tour Chico State. Everything was easy, studio was pretty and clean, bed was comfy. Location was excellent for walking to campus and into town. Property owner was kind and helpful. If my daughter chooses Chico, my husband and I will definitely stay here when we visit our girl. "I brought a couple teens and my small dog out for a bicycle race. The place was easy to find and perfect for us as it had a place where the kids could prep their bikes for the morning and a yard where my little dog could walk around after a long drive. The neighbor’s dog/s are loud when something sets them off tho. Aside from that, the house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinner and getting a good night’s sleep before bfast and off to the races. As the title states: short and...

"This house is close to my son and his family‘s house, so it’s a perfect location for my husband and I to stay and visit family. It is safe for my morning walks, with grocery shopping close by. This was not our first stay, and we will stay again. The house is comfortable and clean."
