"For me it was a good option to stay near NYC without breaking the bank. It is exactly as depicted on this page, 3 bdrm 2 baths and a living room with a nice sized couch, also we found a air mattress in one of the rooms so that's a plus. We had plenty of space for 7 guests. We were only 25 min from the city, Christian did a great job communicating and the check in process was easy. That being said I had an issue with 2 things. There was a very superficial attempt to clean the house but on closer inspection the bathrooms and kitchens were dirty. I find it hard to believe that this house was cleaned professionally prior to our arrival. 2. This house advertises that it sleeps 12. I couldn't find beds that sleep 12 - maybe 8. The description isn't accurate. FYI, the house has only 2 full...
