Bañera de hidromasaje y terraza Maravillosamente espacioso, con una ubicación céntrica en el tranquilo y seguro vecindario de Encinitas, a solo 3,2 km de la playa de Moonlight, de la autopista, de las tiendas / restaurantes y de las atracciones cercanas. Para no fumadores, encantadora casa de 2400 pies cuadrados con cuatro dormitorios, dos baños y medio, tema de la playa. ¡Disfruta de la brisa costera y del aire acondicionado! En primer lugar, una sala de estar grande pero acogedora con techo abovedado, chimenea de gas y asientos cómodos con puertas que dan al jardín, ideal para el entretenimiento al aire libre: bañera para seis personas, hamaca relajante para dos, una casita de juegos para niños, una soleada cubierta con amplias tumbonas y comedor. Mesa de fuego de gas con bancos y también una parrilla de barbacoa para entusiastas de la cocina. La planta baja tiene pisos de madera dura angustiados en todo y también las escaleras y el aterrizaje. La suite principal también está abajo (lo que hace que esta silla de ruedas sea accesible) con una cama King, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo y un asiento junto a la ventana para relajarse o leer. Hay un lavamanos doble, ducha spa de hidromasaje y un armario con espejo. We loved the location of this property! 10 minutes to the beach and we were able to go to the San Diego Zoo and/or Safari Park almost everyday we were there even during “rush hour” which compared to other cities doesn’t seem to really be a thing. The house was perfect for our multigenerational group, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches for families including a stepstool for the bathroom sink, kid-friendly plates, and plenty of toys and games. (And the kids especially loved their room with bunk beds!) The property was spotless and Helen was incredibly responsive as a host. Other vacation rentals say they sleep 10 but, someone is sleeping in the living room. This house had everything you could want or need. A full stocked kitchen with dishes, spices, coffee and appliances. Baby items, beach items. There are too many items to list. The backyard had tons of seating, tables and a hot tub. The house is spread out enough that we all had plenty of room to get comfortable and relax without feeling crowded. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, and everything that we needed was a short walk or drive away. It is worth noting that the downstairs shower has a natural stone floor that is uneven by design. This was not a problem for our group, but someone with balance or mobility issues may struggle in the downstairs shower. We would absolutely stay here again. ##### Beth G. Lots of comfy furniture inside and out. Family felt welcome and comfortable in all the rooms. VERY well appointed - the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/pots/pans/cooking utensils - for anything you want to cook. The patio is amazing, multi-level, with fire pits and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Only a couple miles to Moonlight Beach - we had a blast there. The garage has \*everything\* you need for the beach - chairs, towels, boogie boards, surf boards, umbrella, toys for all ages. We parked in the garage overnight. It is our second summer Our family enjoyed time at the beach and local activities out of the hot desert heat. The house is centrally located to resturants and grocery stores. a quick 6-10 min drive to Moonlight beach. additional beach restaurants and shops. The beds are comfortable, the house is well supplied, plently of beach toys to us. The backyard w/hottub and b-que seating area , fire pits are a welcome relaxing area & room for kids to play. Four adults and two children (ages 4 & 6). The hot tub was a hit with the kids, the fire pit table provided a great place for the adults. Home was huge and we all felt comfortable in the space.
