“A lovely B&B. Very friendly. Nice breakfast. Clean, tidy, close to the Tube. We had the disadvantage of visiting during the heatwave and the house was a bit of a heat trap, but the fan helped, and I’d absolutely go back at a slightly cooler time!”

“The location was perfect for my needs. The room was tastefully decorated. There was no issue with the separate bathroom. The bed was a bit creaky and a mattress topper would be a good investment. My coffee machine didn’t work but had instant coffee. There was no continental breakfast left in the room unfortunately. The house beer in pub great .. Staff were friendly. I will definitely stay there again Thank you”

It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved our very brief stay at this hotel! We did end up having to move hotels at the very last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but the two nights we did have here we fully enjoyed. My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. “The property is quaint/unusual. Not easily seen from the road if arriving in the dark. Provisions given in the room and the landing were excellent and fabulous location for Stansted airport. However, on opening the front door noted that the hall carpet was slightly worn and the room allocated had a shower in the room rather than the bathroom. Otherwise very comfortable stay and would book again, but request a room with a definite bathroom.”
