2 Master suite layout with an additional queen bedroom. Watch the manatees from your dock. 5 minutes to Manasota beach. Brand new gourmet kitchen. Pets are welcome! Deep water front five minutes to ICW with no bridges. 12,000 lb boat lift available . Currently configured for Pontoon/Tritoon but can be modified for a long term rental . All bedding, towels, linens, beach chairs etc provided. Internet/TV included.

Great Canal Breezes!
The property was spacious, relaxing patio facing the canal and very comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. The location was very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. would come back again!

Had an amazing 2 week stay!
Stayed with friends and family and had an amazing time! We brought our own boat (deck boat) and this house was perfect for the 3 couples staying. We boated almost every day and had a blast. The house is perfect for boating South as far as Cabbage Key or North to the fun Venice tiki bars. Englewood has some real nice places to dine downtown also. We will definitely be back!
