“We could not check-in until Friday due to the ferry not running Thursday. The kitchen had food left from an other renter.”

“My daughter and I really enjoyed this loft. It's very clean and welcoming. It's conveniently located right next to the lake and within walking distance of many downtown restaurants/bars. The owner is also very easy to communicate with.If I ever need a room in Sandusky again, I will certainly try to book this one.”

“Since we did not get our noon emails from either VRBO or the host, we called the host at 2:16 PM for entry instructions and permission to check-in earlier at 3:30. She was very friendly and gave us verbal instructions for entry and permission for a 3:30 PM arrival.The facility and our room was beautifully restored.The 2 of us used only the big bedroom with 2 Kings and used only 1 bed. However, house keeping could have been better: there was a towel our bathroom waste basket. That bathroom needs……

“Place was amazing. Very clean, well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable and the pull out bed in the second bedroom was great to have. If ever in the area, I will be staying again.”

“The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not……

“This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 6. We booked this property for my son’s 13th birthday. Extremely close to cedar point, close to lots of amazing restaurants. The condo was fully furnished and accommodated my family perfectly. I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to come back here in the future.”
