The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room was attached to another and those customers were rude and not aware of the surround rooms. Also, it says there are rooms with a lake view, which is false. That should be taken down from the options as I'm sure I paid more for it. There are a lot of surrounding restaurants which was nice.

Prompt & smooth check in, breakfast was very good, the room was small but clean, the one wall was stained but didn't affect my stay, just kind of yucky to look at. All in all for the price it was good value for the money compared to what other hotels in the area are charging.

It was a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. However the lobby smell is so strong with some time of air freshener that was just so overwhelming it made it difficult to eat breakfast. Other than that it is a nice hotel. Mirror was dirty, but that wasn't a big deal to us.

The hotel is newer and modern. But the bathroom fixtures were all loose and wobbly. Since this is a pet friendly hotel, there was considerable dog hair in the carpet. The staff was quite helpful and pleasant. But they messed up our room reservations. Because small children were involved, we needed a specific layout, with 2 rooms with 2 double beds each. but when we arrived those rooms were gone. The breakfast was quite nice, and there seemed to be no rush to end it at precisely 9:30. It's close to Splash Lagoon. But that really doesn't matter much. You still have to drive. Whether it's 1/2 a mile from the hotel, or 3 miles from a nicer place off of Peach Street.
