“Room clean and comfortable. Refrigerator was noisy which was likely a one off as it sounded like it had a bad compressor. Usual breakfast fare-nothing special. It was a nice stay and was impressed by this chain.”

When we did finally get there, we were told that our credit card did not go through, which we had, fradulent charges on our card, and they sent a new one to us, just in time for our trip. “The property is very nice and clean and close to lots of shops and stores and places to eat. The staff was nice and always had time to answer questions. Breakfast was good loved the coffee and bagels the best.”

“Upon checkin we learned that they overbooked the suite we bought so they had to put us in a room with double queen beds vs the king suite we paid for. The beds were horrible to sleep on, very hard, which was surprising for how expensive the room was, close to $310 per night. All shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were mounted in the shower but all were completely empty.
