"The room was great. Two separate rooms, one had a sofa, desk and TV, the other was the bedroom with TV, closet and bathroom. The hotel is very nice and located directly across from Forest Park and very close to Barnes Jewish Hospital."

"We booked a room with a king bed but when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk told me our room had two queen beds. When I asked if they had given our room away to someone else, I was told if they ran out of the rooms we paid for on Hotels.com we would just have to accept what was left. We also tried to contact the hotel from the airport but were unable to get anyone except a phone tree that simply told us to go to the website. If we can't count on getting the room we booked (and paid for), I guess we will just use another service."

"Our room was nice and clean. Very quiet. Didn’t try the bar or breakfast as we were in a hurry this trip but others seemed to be enjoying it."

"Landon was very helpful. Alex at the desk was on top of his game. The lady in the lounge area was a grumpy. No smile , and follow the rules. But you have to know the rules."
