“Staff was very friendly and helpful”

“This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed. It smells awful. My hot tub was cracked. The people around the hotel are awful. I had to fight with the desk to get my money back for unused nights. If I could give it negative stars I would. Honestly look up the news on this hotel and it'll keep you away anyway. I wish I would have known before my stay. Don't know how this place is still open”

“The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we were initially checked into had a TV that was not working. The gentleman that was working that evening came right away to try and troubleshoot the issue. When that that proved unsuccessful he kindly upgraded us to a suite for our stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was really good and always stocked. I would definitely stay here again.”

“My stay was terrible. I think the management has changed, as I’ve stayed there before and everything was fine, but today was awful. The receptionist—Phoenix, I think her name was—was not friendly at all; she charged an extra fee for parking that wasn't mentioned in my reservation. Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other……

“The first night the staff person was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept. It didn't have very warm water for showers and the grounds were nit very well kept.”
