Booked vrbo room thru expedia, belvilla was host, was denied room when I arrived even though I followed all directions and presented voucher, building manager claimed all reservations for that building had been cancelled the morning of check in to accomodate a group that wanted to extend their stay. “The pictures do not quite match the space. The "couch" in the living room is not actually a couch. It was very very uncomfortable as was the bed. It felt like it was a futon mattress and that is just too hard of a mattress for a vast majority of people. “Description and photos set appropriate expectations. Yes, there is an elevated train outside the door. Did it bother us? No, we were expecting it and being close to a stop was an added plus for touring the city. The studio was clean, the host communicated quickly and clearly when the VRBO website didn't so that we had no delay in checking in, the toiletry amenities were unexpected and thoughtful, and the prepared notebook of options for restaurants and places to visit was appreciated. “The location is perfect! Good eating places across the street, parking across the street, and a very close walk to Independence Hall. Check in was extremely easy (just be sure to note the keypad is on the room door, not on the wall) and beds were comfortable. The sofa and chairs and bedroom walls had many stains and there was a dustpan and used rag left on the floor, which were the downsides. The internet was also not working. But overall a great place to stay for a night in a perfect location……
