“When we stayed, there were very noisy kids running up and down the halls all night. At 2 am, there was loud banging on our door and kids running away. This continued until 4am. When we spoke with the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do and we should call the police if we had a problem. At the pool, the kids were playing with the lifeguard equipment, no towels, and adults smoking week in front of our kids. Again, staff said they couldn’t do anything. Really disappointing.”
