"Joe’s home is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a getaway, from the pool to the hot tub, to the water slide to the indoor jacuzzi and walk in shower, this place does not disappoint. The neighborhood is quiet with respectful neighbors and it is not far from a Target in case you need to pick up any items. Joe is easy to reach and helps walk you through any issues you may be having. You need to book this place."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Spring Acre Cabin! The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and extremely clean. We had children ages 4-15 with us and everyone had a great time. The gameroom downstairs is awesome! The owner is very kind and helpful. This place had a great feel and is highly recommended."

"This meticulously well-appointed, renovated townhouse is a great place to stay in Philly! In a great location, it’s an easy walk to numerous historic sites and neighborhoods. It is 4 stories though so be prepared to do many stairs. We loved it and the stairs were great exercise. I’d definitely come back!"

"Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. "
