“Good facility. Close to restaurants and shops. I recommend it highly.”

“The positive first. It was clean and directions to enter the apartment were helpful. The beds were comfortable. The stocked kitchen was not accurate. There were three plastic cups. No glasses. Two mismatched wine glasses and a handful of mismatched utensils. I think there may have been 3 forks total. There were no bowls or serving dishes. The only frying pan was filthy. We had to clean it. Also there was no laundry detergent provided. The area was a little sketchy. There was a homeless……

“Great location, great building - very close to the convention center and parking and historic Philly is only a 20 minute walk.”

“Very welcoming, kinda annoyed that we had picked the location for the free parking and terrace, trying to be respectful of the smoking policy and both needed to be shoveled out. We were understanding as we got a lot of snow, but that was a week prior, however if you're charging people for these amenities itd be beneficial for it to be accessible year round”

“Our stay was good and we appreciated the host’s communication! We had enough room for the 3 of us. The place was clean and nicely decorated. The garbage collection occurred on one of the mornings of our stay and it was quite loud and woke us up an hour earlier than we would’ve wanted but that’s not something the host can control of course.”
