This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The night-shift front desk was so rude and discriminated us using bad words and refused to open front door when he saw me. That was totally unacceptable. Seeking legal help against the property and brand! How could you ever cussing at customer when it was your discriminated mind that would not open the front door at first?? I understand the door was locked for security reason, but once you saw customer, you should open the door, not walking away. I could never believed a world famous hotel chain hired such an rude, unprofessional, lack of anger management person! Totally NOT recommended!!! A case/complaint will file to the Corp!

This was in the more budget friendly options that accepted pets. The staff were all really genuine and friendly. There was a field right next door for walking our dog. Literally the only complaint was the shower curtain wasn’t water resistant so it made a big mess when showering but when you stay at a hotel with 3 kids and a medium sized dog and thats the only complaint it says alot.

They downgraded us from King to Queen by blaming the usual “system error”. The staff didn’t even try to compensate us for it. They just bluntly said we cannot do anything about it. I would never stay at comfort inn ever again.

We really were impressed with this hotel. The staff were so helpful & friendly that they made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The provided breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of food and drinks. The inn itself is very modern, clean and well-maintained. The room was large and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here!
