“Charging people to exchange dirty towels for new ones during a 3 night stay is ridiculous! Then staff has an attitude and tells you just to wash them since towels weren’t prepaid for and edging costs $10. Employee also threw towels on counter rudely. Terrible experience”

“We arrived at 11pm on 7/14. The desk staff that didn’t greet us when we walked up ask for our name. We gave him our last name and said our daughter had already checked in for us. He acted like that meant he didn’t need to hall us in any way. He never looked up at us or said anything useful to be helpful. We knew our daughter and child were already in bed. “Was sad to hear that the pool was closed they didn’t even advertise that it was under construction. Overheard from another customer that there were leaks in the room from the air conditioner staff was nice but did not like that the pool was closed”
