“The air conditioner worked fine. The room appeared clean to the eye but upon a closer level it was not! Toothpaste on the mirror and faucet, corners of the room and bathroom dirty. The shower did not drain and backed up around your feet. There was a nasty rubber mat that we didn’t even want to touch hanging in the shower.
