"We reserved all 3 units for the 4-8-2024 Eclipse. We Were allowed access on time. In fact, Sunset allowed us to park EARLY at our units for a pick-up for a wine country tour, through their Sunset touring service. The units were clean and comfortable for all 15 of us. Gary grilled steaks on the provided charcoal grill, 3 grills in total. There was plenty of room for us all on the picnic tables. The fire rings were well used both nights. "Just stayed for St Patrick's Day 2024 (Fri to Mon)... Cozy rental with exactly what you need for a weekend. Couple of things to beware of; 1. Bathroom is upstairs with bedroom which is up STEEP steps. 2. Bed is made for a smaller couple since the bed might only be a full. Unit is definitely only for 2 people! Location is walkable to everything! Parking is no worries. Park right in gravel lot belonging to the property.. Pictures are exactly what the unit looks like.. SUPER clean... Owner was...

"Located very conveniently behind Zeppe’s pizza place with just a short walk to the strip. Great parking area and the apartment was extremely clean. It was a little chilly the weekend we went and the apartment didn’t get super warm but shouldn’t have an issue in the summer months and we just added the extra blankets to the bed."

"The place is exactly as pictured and the only issues were it seemed as if we we're the first to actually live in it in some time. Upon entering it was so hot it was suffocating and I had to run our to purchase a fan for the backroom. The bathroom has no counter space for toiletries. Also back bedroom had a remote that turns tv on/off and adjust volume only, that my daughter found in a drawer and programmed to it. I did enjoy the game and record player as both were nice touches. "My wife & I celebrated our 10th Anniversary at GotL and the Weekender was the best choice. Within walking distance of the Strip, and our choice of Bars & Restaurants. Highly recommended! Owner was very nice & hospitable and accessible if needed. Room was perfect and we loved having a beautiful pool! "

"Didn't realize until we checked in that the two floor apartment actual began on the 2nd floor adding alot of steps for one of us that has a hard time with steps to begin with. Otherwise loved our stay! convenient location, very clean."

"The apartment was perfect and absolutely immaculately clean. Everything was provided including dishes and beach towels. The location is in walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Love the cute town, make sure to check out the gorgeous preserved dunes and beach a few minutes outside of town."
