“We really love this property. It's big for 2 people and spacious. We really like the location and walking distance to the restaurants. The Gulch area is not overly busy or full of people. I noticed that it is catered to mature adults. The building is quiet and the condo is cozy. We really like having 2 bathrooms. The manager was quick to respond to our request. I highly recommend this property. I love the view from the 4th floor with the large windows.”

“We loved the spaciousness and location of this property. It was close enough to walk to all the downtown Nashville attractions and restaurants but far enough away from the city noise. Loved the small elevator since this unit is on the 4th floor and it’s an older building. But loved the quaintness of the older building.”

“Matte Black and impressive when you first walk in! My husband appreciated the feminine figure artwork! Modern and fully equipped kitchen with extras!. Extremely comfortable and clean. Two huge side by side showers with toiletries supplied. Also two sink vanity with lots of storage and plush towels. Bedrooms were on the small size and did not have a closet, dresser, wardrobe or even a luggage rack. There were hooks with hangers on the wall to hang a few items.
