My only issue was that the code I was originally given and the key fob did not work. We eventually figured it out with the host and I was given assurance of assistance if I had any further issues. However, not knowing if I was going to have issues getting back in the loft every time we had to leave didn’t fare...

The worst part was only having one key fob to get into the building and up the elevator. There were multiple times our group wanted to split up or someone come back early but we were unable because of only one building/elevator key. We ask for a second one and were told no. We also asked for a parking pass for $15 as...
