“The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though.”

“I am extremely disappointed with our stay. Before arrival, I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late and was assured our room would be held. Despite this, when we arrived after a 7-hour drive, we were told our reserved room had been given away and were forced into a one-bed room as a family of four. The next day we had to pack all of our belongings and switch rooms, only to discover the TV in the new room did not work. Staff was unable to resolve the issue, so we had to……

“We stayed in an interior view room, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, the old A/C was super noisy and disrupted everyone’s sleep. We asked for staff to look into it but whatever they did (if anything) did not help. Also, the breakfast was bare minimum quality - fresh waffles were good but the rest - bacon, sausage, boiled eggs, cereal left a lot to be desired on quality. There was fresh fruit and yogurt that was good. There are a lot of places to eat close by so not the end……
