“We booked an accessible room and the room was not accessible. While they could not accommodate what we had reserved, they did go out of their way to try and make up for it by offering us free breakfast, which we appreciate appreciated. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware that we could only get the breakfast up until 9:30 so when we went down at 10 AM to get the breakfast, it was too late. The staff was very apologetic and the front desk even called us on day two to check in and see how we were……
