I will start with the just the tip of the iceberg on what went wrong. We had to move rooms because the a/c was not working and the heater was stuck on all night. Paint peeling, pillow had some red stain (probably blood), door had a hard time closing, smelled bad in the lobby, pool was nasty and bottom of pool was chiped, hot tub not working, window had a broken window net, and planty of more to go over it. Also the "breakfast", I wouldn't even call it that. Waffle mix ran out really quick and no refills. No fruits, no juice, coffee watered down, and much more things. Not recommended, wish I did more research on place.

I don’t even know why this place is still open. I don’t even know if our room was cleaned we didn’t even want to take a shower because the bathtub was disguising. Our door was broken and the room smelled like someone had died in it. This place needs to be shut down immediately.

Room smelt lile urine when you walked in and the phone had no wire to be able to make a call or anything. Bathroom was dirty and grungy.

The room was VERY dirty gross. The pillows were super small like a throw pillow.

The room was not clean. The shower tile was broken and had mold additionally the entire shower had been painted with something and parts of it was peeling. The laminate flooring approaching the bathroom was buckled and looked like it had been water damaged. The general area was poorly kept with broken items near the walkway to parking lot and paper was covering windows with some of it falling down. Overall the facility was very run down.

I rarely dont leave reviews and when I do,its even more rare that they are negative. I didnt find much quality in this inn. The check in was fast,thats good. The room was stale,thats bad. Parking was easy,thats good. Every room is up stairs,thats bad. They had a continental breakfast,thats good. It was one waffle maker,one kind of cereal and old coffee,thats bad. The worst part was being woken up at 3 am by dogs barking in the room next to ours. No one at thevfront desy to help with this and who wants to change rooms at 3am anyway. We stayed here because it was the one of the cheapest options and my daughter had a tournament nearby. And by nearby ,i mean 30 minutes away because this place is not near anything. San marcos is far and so is temecula. Good luck if you stay here,hopefully your experience is much better than ours was.

Nothing! The man at the front desk was rude and did not care that we waited two hours for our room when it was supposed to be done by 3 pm. He never once offered an apology, and once we were able to get into our room it was still really dirty! The toilet had a black rung of mold in it along with the shower and the walls had brown stuff splattered on them! I immediately told my family not to touch anything and went to the front to cancel my stay for two nights and for a refund. I was told to email the manager for refund, still haven't heard back from manager!

The staff is friendly so I don't want to complain about them, I assume my complaints are out of their control. Everything else - EVERYTHING - is sub par about this venue. The showers are old and do not look clean. The TV won't receive. When we came back to our rooms for the night at 930p there were 5 people smoking "something" under the eaves near the parking lot and another breaking in to what I hope was his own vehicle. We moved our car to what we hoped was a safer spot with better lighting much farther from our room. My mother is elderly and we had to walk very slowly through these questionable people. I don't like to give bad reviews but I cannot recommend anyone stay here.
