Location is good if you need to be near Fallbrook. Tub had stains, and the overall decor is very dated and in need of renovation. Was charged $100 deposit which sadly somewhat normal these days, but we were only refunded $90 with no explanation. Restaurant next door was really good.

Great family vibe property. Large rooms and clean with air conditioning and ceiling fan. Ample free parking. Close to downtown Fallbrook, stores and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Property was cleaner and nicer than expected, particularly the rooms with a pool/courtyard view. Room was very outdated but fine. Wish the pool was heated but it & the hot tub were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind & helpful. Location is convenient (off the main road) but that also meant a decent amount of street noise.

Cute, little single story hotel with a friendly staff. The water pressure in the shower was pretty much non-existent and then we couldn't get the faucet to stop dripping. Other than the shower it was a good experience.

The beds are very old box spring beds and pop every time you move. Fridge doesn't cool enough, The cable went out. Only 2 small towels provided. We stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room once. It was quiet and clean. The grounds and pool seemed ok. We didn't use them though.

They are still so nice here. The most kind people, and the rooms are spacious. I just don’t understand the price of stays going up significantly (other than last weekend, bc of the holiday and high demand). Because they are such wonderful people, I always only mention the positive and leave out the negatives. Also was just a little disappointed that the last time I used the spa here, the jets were really weak and didn’t even make bubbles but maybe it will be back to working the way it used to soon.

Outside property was clean. Inside the room was not good there was a huge burn hole on the comforter, no fitted sheet on the bed, box spring was very loud every time you moved, paint was terrible and the shower walls and tub were dirty enough for me to shower with my slides on and the shelf in the shower had mold. We only needed it for a night so I was ok but I didn’t trust that anything was properly cleaned or maintained. The office smelled like cigarette smoke and the office person came knocking at my door at 10am to ask if I wanted another night, I don’t like being disturbed when I reserved a room if I wanted another night I would have asked for one in a reasonable amount of time not one hour before checkout.

This property was an adorable small inn, reminiscent of a 50's motor lodge. The rooms were spacious, the grounds were lovely and well kept, staff was very nice. Would stay again if i were in the area.

Great stay as always. Some of the friendliest front office staff I have found anywhere. Cannot beat this place if you are on a budget- & it has a pool & spa & both have been available, with the spa working properly every time I've used it. Ive stayed at Fallbrook country Inn more than any other hotel, due to a great experience, friendly staff and being one of the absolute best places to stay without hurting my wallet
