The Cascades Golf Course Tours

So retro/mid century and adorable! The rooms are terrific. The property is in nice location and convenient to many places, including downtown. The pool was clean and stockec with towels and a pool float or two. The staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We did go out and grabbed a coffee pot since there is not one in the room. We are already planning a return visit ans sharing the location with friends.

This hotel was definitely disappointing. All of the rooms are enclose and have no outside access or windows. This would’ve been helpful to know prior to booking. Some of the expected amenities of a hotel were not available like a full length mirror, iron and board, toiletries, etc. The floor that we were on had additional steps from the elevator, which, of course we could not carry the luggage cart up and made handling luggage difficult. Again this information would have been nice to know prior. The beds are very small and not as comfortable as we had hoped. We did not get to take advantage of the restaurant as it closed early 9 o’clock and did not open until 7 AM. The one benefit was that it was located in the heart of downtown and easy access to too many things.. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again
