“I will never use VRBO again.My family and I had a horrible, stressful experience.Two hours before the arrive at our already paid for house, the owner called me to tell me that the house was not available until 8 PM. He later let me know the house would not be available at all that evening but that he had another house to offer for the evening. “It was kind of dirty, beds were uncomfortable, things were falling apart, trash in the backyard. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have privacy, the doors are glass, curtains would help. The stove was all faded so you couldn’t tell which burner you were turning on. The sitting area with crib mattresses was odd and not really useable. It was like sitting directly on the wood. “We had an amazing stay and the location was perfect. Not too remote, but just secluded enough. Close to many attractions, trails, and fun restaurants in the hill country. The patio was where we spent most of our time and loved it. Left feeling recharged and refreshed. However, the view isn’t as visible as the photos as there are some trees blocking the view. Not a big deal but just a heads up! We loved the deer that visited and fed them lots of deer corn. The place had most of what you needed……

“Cute little space. Was a little freaked out when I discovered it was part of a larger house but it was very private. There’s no kitchen available. Did have a small fridge and coffee pot. Yard was kind of a mess but has a lot of potential to be nice! Has a nice back porch area. The neighborhood was a little sketchy as I’ve seen in all the reviews but it was okay. Jorge was very accommodating! Sent a message when we got in to find out how to adjust the air and he said he could do it for us……
