“It was kind of dirty, beds were uncomfortable, things were falling apart, trash in the backyard. The downstairs bedroom didn’t have privacy, the doors are glass, curtains would help. “Let me start by saying the actual place was good and enjoyable, the rest of the stay was very disappointing, first the check in process was horrible, they wanted my underage grandkids full names and email addresses, and you couldn’t complete the check in until that was completed. So I had to put fake names in there to get to the next stage, then the 1000 incidentals fee is very excessive. When we got there we were 15 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in, which is a very confusing key……
