The building is nothing fancy, but it was clean. I only noticed a few minor things that made it appear a little run down. Our room was clean and suited our needs perfectly. TV, microwave, refrigerator... all the necessities! The staff were friendly, and though we had other plans and didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, it looked and smelled really good! The only disappointments I had regarding this stay stemmed from using Expedia (don't bother), and the quality of the bed. Our King size bed was so hard that every morning my partner and I woke up aching all over. After the first night we referred to the bed as the cemettress - cement/mattress. This felt like I was sleeping on a blanket laid out on the floor - very uncomfortable. I visit Fargo regularly, but I'm not sure the slightly less expensive rate (compared to similar hotels in the area) is worth sleeping on this bed.
